X-Press 2 & Tim Deluxe - Shock Your Head / It's A Body Jam

The Boys are back with the fourth in the hugely impressive series of collaborations with Tim Deluxe. The last three have seen plays from the likes of Pete Tong, Carl Cox, Nic Fanciulli, ADPW and various other members of the house glitterati. This release remains on course, and yet again strictly for the dance floor.

Shock Your Head is as high in pressure as it is deep; with hypnotic underwater vocal cuts laid over a gentle, pizzicato keys, a splashy high-hat groove and an hypnotic bassline, the track swells with an emblematic groove.

On the flip side, It's A Body Jam adopts a notably more laid back pace than the A-side but drips with funk from the outset. With filtered guitar lines and ethereal synth and vocal stabs over a big, relentless kick, this is perfect summer-time house music.
